1. We need to discuss about the plan in tomorrow's meeting.😌
2. This workshop is very important. I need everyone to stand by tomorrow. 😓
3. Can you double confirm this for me? Thank you. 😭
4. Kindly help to send out the confirmation tomorrow. 😩
5. Please help to solve the problem. We cannot provide the cause because we operate inconvenient. Thank you. 😰

Hi Coach,
Good to read this column, hope sorrows buried and keep life going on.
Though practices can help producing right sentences, I found something funny that the real challenges were those occasions or scenarios I had to explain in an indirect way not offending my boss but still deliver right messages to my contacts. That's really hard, but really improve my skills over last few years...ha ha...

Hi Joe,
刪除Thanks for dropping by. I hope you find this post useful.
You're right, words can often lead to miscommunication and the older we get, the more we try to conceal what we're really trying to say (ever so subtly) in order not to offend people, especially our bosses. So we're not just learning how to write correctly in English, but also trying to get problems solved without getting us into more trouble.
