過去無法被改變。(所以已經發生的事情就別再執著難過了,要向前看!)

不要太在意他人的看法,因為那些不見得是事實。

回覆刪除You're right about that. Our physical well-being has a lot to do with how we feel inside. We need to stay emotionally healthy in order to be physically healthy. Stress can kill. Exercise helps.
